ABSTRACT

 


The induction motor is one of the most important components or devices in the industrial world. Especially for Power Plants, especially in one of the existing systems. To maintain the health and service life of an induction motor, periodic maintenance is necessary to determine whether the induction motor is still suitable for use or not, and whether or not a replacement of spare parts is necessary. Preventive Maintenance is the activity of checking and replacing spare parts on the machin, when the machine is running or stopped. The use of Preventive Maintenance on a 3-phase induction motor is a routine or periodic maintenance that has been scheduled or determined according to the procedure. Implementation of maintenance using the On-Line Inspection method. Routine maintenance on 3-phase induction motors is carried out by checking the current using Ampere pliers, measuring the vibration of the induction motor using a Vibration meter and detecting the temperature around the induction motor using a Thermal Camera. Tests must meet measurement standards.

Motor Induksi merupakan salah satu komponen atau perangkat yang sangat penting di dunia industri. Terlebih untuk di Pembangkit Tenaga Listrik khususnya pada salah satu sistem yang ada disana. Untuk menjaga kesehatan dan umur pakai dari motor induksi tersebut, perlunya perawatan secara berkala agar dapat mengetahui apakah motor induksi tersebut masih layak dipakai atau tidak, dan apakah perlu suku cadang diganti. Preventive Maintenance adalah kegiatan pengecekan dan penggantian suku cadang pada mesin, saat mesin dalam keadaan berjalan atau berhenti. Penggunaan Preventive Maintenance pada motor induksi 3 fasa merupakan sebuah perawatan rutin atau berkala yang sudah dijadwalkan atau ditentukan sesuai dengan prosedur. Pelaksanaan perawatan menggunakan metodi On Line Inspection. Perawatan rutin pada motor induksi 3 fasa dilakukan dengan cara mengecek arus menggunakan tang Ampere, mengukur getaran motor induksi menggunakan Vibration meter dan mendeteksi suhu disekitar motor induksi menggunakan Thermal Camera. Pengujian tersebut harus sesuai dengan standar pengukuran.
